One of the fastest growing and well-respected local water restoration companies is seeking a high-energy, detail oriented Sales and Marketing person to build new and maintain business relationships within the restoration industry. We are rapidly expanding and we are looking for the right person to lead our marketing department. We will train the right individuals to be successful. We especially welcome veterans of our Armed Forces.
As Sales and Marketing person you will uphold and build relationships with a broad variety of contractors to allow us to become their preferred provider when disaster strikes. You will manage a specific territory generating leads and building sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities to network.
We will provide a company vehicle, laptop, company credit card to be used for approved business expenses.
As a Certified Firm of the IICRC, we establish and monitors standards for the cleaning, inspection, and restoration service industries, we operate with the highest ethics and professional standards. This is an important distinction when considering a company to rebuild your home or business.
Role and Responsibilities
· Generating new business leads.
· Increasing brand awareness and market share.
· Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
· Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
· Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
· Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
· Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
· Great persuasive and negotiation skills
· Strong ability to think outside the box and work independently to expand company brand
· Business development and account management experience
· Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
· Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· 2 years in Sales
· Valid driver’s license and Ability to travel frequently as required of the job
· Remote work in assigned territory meeting contractors, business to business.
· Qualify clients determining proper fit for our service and referral program
· Manage all marketing plans and attending key marketing events in the area
· Achieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
· Meet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievements.
· Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactions
· Complete weekly sales reports
