Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential vacation properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service. Duties
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and maintenance requirements.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors and service providers as necessary.
- Support new property growth and development
- Utilize property management software
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in customer relationship management techniques to foster positive tenant interactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
