Responsibilities
- Assess and plan individualized care plans for guests in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to guest care and safety.

Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
