Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with expertise in Janitorial accounting and technical accounting principles. This role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to business development while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, manage accounts receivable, and lead the preparation of financial statements and Budget Approval.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection and accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct account reconciliation to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and standards.
- Monitor revenue management processes to optimize cash flow and profitability.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in Janitorial/Housekeeping/Environmental accounting, accrual accounting, and technical accounting practices.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and revenue management strategies.
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation according to IAS standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to implement cost control measures within an organization.
