A well-established real estate development firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of commercial buildings, including commercial, industrial, and/or multifamily projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a general contractor (GC) and be capable of managing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
As a Superintendent, you will supervise on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and be the key point of contact for project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
