Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Manage warehouse inventory through effective picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Assist in building and fabricating structures or components as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Follow OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse management or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including cranes.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting heavy loads.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, particularly OSHA standards.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
