We are in search of a Retirement Plan Administrator, for a wonderful client in San Antonio, Texas!

Daily Duties and Functions will include:
- Manage the administration of 401(K) accounts for active and terminated participants
- Monitor daily trading activity in 401(K) accounts
- Coordinate with Payroll department for 401(K), catch-up, and loan deductions
- Create and maintain 401(K) forms and documentation
- Process loans, distributions, and rollovers for active and terminated participants
- Assist Chief Benefits Administrator with employer matching, audit, year-end, and reporting projects
- Prepare new participant and termination packets consistent with the plan valuation documents
- Provided written and verbal communication relative to the administration process to clients
- Ensured timely transmission of all required forms to the clients
- Other administrative duties as it pertains to the 401(K) plans
- Maintaining client relationships
- Local to San Antonio, Texas
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Intermediate abilities within Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
