Much of Royalty’s roof work is driven by a customer’s immediate need to resolve a leak and/or replace an old roof. Other customers have chosen to work with Royalty on a long-term basis, and we partner with them to plan roof maintenance and replacement over the course of months or years.

We continue to grow to service our customers nationwide with offices currently located in Seymour, IN, Warsaw IN, Evansville IN, Port Huron MI, Orlando FL, Fort Myers FL, Colorado Springs CO.
The Operations Admin position is part of the Commercial Service team and works with our Commercial Service Techs to coordinate and complete the administration aspects of Commercial Repair Service
- Create Work Orders and Service Calls in the CRM
- Send Service Techs information concerning the work orders for the week
- Input all complete CAS and Photos into CRM
- Create and manage Daily the Service Schedule
- Run reports and analytics from the CRM
- Operations Admin will also be provided with roofing terms and other documents, videos or training tool to become familiar with Roofing repairs
- Provide Fleet Manager the vehicle photos and inspections daily.
- All completed CAS will be Followed up with a courtesy call the following day.
- Operations Admin will also cover for Commercial Service Manager for days off and vacations
- Assist Techs with locating CLC Rooms when needed.
- Maintain list of Company Assets per vehicle. Including Gas Cards CLC Cards and various cards, tools and Ladders
