Residential Roofing Operations Superintendent
- Direct experience in roof repairs and installation
- Onsite review of each job being installed.
- Assuring repair techs and subcontractors accountable to the install quality standards for the company. Reviewing jobs in Company Cam as well as actual job site visits.
- Making repairs as needed.
- Ordering / Cancelling equipment as needed.
- Picking up dump trailers as needed
- Identifying additional sub-contractors for the area and having their information vetted by accounting
- Vehicle maintenance for Residential vehicles. Repairs need approved through the Fleet manager
- Hold employees accountable to the Safety standards for Royalty. Training employees as needed
- Updating all systems required. This would include daily operational aspects in Company Cam and Microsoft Dynamics
- Daily supervision of roofing crews concerning operational aspects of residential and commercial projects
- Review of time sheets daily through the timekeeping software. Accountable for the allocation of hours for each employee is coded to the correct job.
- Review of upcoming jobs. Attending the weekly Operations meeting to make sure all information is correct in the system from sales prior to ordering the jobs. Working with Sales to get all questions answered prior to starting the job.
- Ordering material and updating software on job status
