About the Role:
This is the perfect role for someone with a background in siding who's ready to transition off the tools and into a leadership-focused position. If you've spent years on ladders with a nail gun in hand and are now looking to put your experience to work supervising crews and ensuring top-notch quality, we want to talk to you.
We're looking for a Site Supervisor with a strong emphasis on siding quality control. You'll be responsible for overseeing siding and roofing jobs, ensuring the work meets our standards, coordinating with installers and office staff, and jumping in to support wherever needed across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support siding and roofing crews on job sites - you won't be swinging a hammer all day, but you will lead by example.
- Conduct daily quality control checks, focusing heavily on siding alignment, flashing details, finishing work, and craftsmanship.
- Communicate with homeowners during the project to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness, including magnetic nail sweeps and final walkthroughs.
- Help with punch lists, minor repairs, and customer follow-up when needed - being flexible is key.
- Assist other departments (roofing, service, production) depending on project priorities and seasonal workload.
- Transport materials and equipment safely, including operating a truck and trailer.
- Document progress and report back to the office team clearly and consistently.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in siding installation is required - ideally 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- You know what great siding work looks like - and you care about getting it right.
- Comfortable giving direction to crews and interacting with homeowners.
- Truck and trailer driving experience is a MUST.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility to help out wherever needed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Occasional extended hours depending on project deadlines
