Previous floral design experience is not necessary! Our experts will help you learn the business, and the craft, from the ground up by combining on-the-job assignments, as well as in-depth training, to help you learn day-to-day store operations AND floral design. Professional-personal balance is important to us, so our stores are open during non-floral holiday times from Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (rotating Saturdays are required). We offer a schedule of 36-40 hours a week (NOTE : more hours / days are needed during floral holidays and other busy times, including occasional Sundays throughout the year).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work a schedule of 36-40 hours / week (additional time required during floral holidays, potentially 50-70 hours / week).
- Possess a high school diploma. Additional education or related business experience preferred.
- Possess a valid drivers’ license.
- Able to acquire the skills to manage, lead and supervise people.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to demonstrate creativity, leadership and "team player" demeanor.
- Must be a quick learner.
