JOB TITLE: Loose Floral Bouquet Associate
LOCATION: Lebanon, PA.
REPORTS TO: Wholesale Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more
- Able to effectively communicate with other co-workers
- The ability to take instruction and direction
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
- Reliable attendance record
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Placing loose flowers in groups to produce floral “handfuls” for retail locations, as well as for special promotions
- Other duties as assigned
SALARY RANGE: $12.00/hour
SCHEDULE:
Associate will work for every Wednesday. Hours can be tailored to your availability, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours needed (up to 5 days per week) during the two weeks prior to Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day,
We provide a base salary, opportunities for pay increases, a 30% floral discount, and opportunities for advancement.
