Position Summary
The Material Handler will be responsible for selecting, sorting, packing, and dispatching parts / inventory for orders within the warehouse.
Essential Duties / Job Responsibilities (Job Duties)
- Collect / retrieve order request tickets to fulfill orders.
- Efficiently and accurately retrieve all parts needed for each ticket / case.
- Accurately sort, count, label and record inventory picked / pulled for orders as requested.
- Properly loading and storing materials using hoist or forklift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform quality checks on stored inventory, reporting any discrepancies in inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory counts as requested to ensure appropriate stock levels.
