Our Berkshires Construction Division is responsible for Installing some of the finest Estates in the Western Massachusetts area
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in terms of information management, supporting documents, project buyout, job cost tracking, documentation and communication of all job phases and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan Verification: Perform all Takeoffs for all projects
- Materials Acquisition: Management/acquisition of all materials needed for project
- Shop Drawings: Create/manage all Shop Drawings for projects
- Software Management and Utilization: Utilize computer related software (CAD, Aspire, Bluebeam, Smartsheet) to keep all project information current in each system
- Information Management: Accurate Information Management of projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Willingness to create a strong sense of collaboration among team members and peers
- Experience in Landscape Management
- Education in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or other related field
