R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains high-end landscapes in the New England area. Our teams of site specialists, expert masons, and experienced horticulture crews work with our managers and estimators to deliver amazing projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the direction of the crew leader, crew members complete assigned labor tasks including landscape masonry, plant installation, plant removal, mulching, sod installation, etc.
Organizing materials and maintaining a safe work environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Field experience in a comparable position is much preferred
Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
Willingness to work some Saturdays, as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate
Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently
A strong passion for and dedication to the landscape profession
