R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains ultra high-end landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, Rhode Island and Berkshires regions. We are dedicated landscape professionals who are committed to the industry.
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking additional Tree Climbers/ Tree Care/Ornamental Pruning Crew Members to join our team. We are looking for multiple individuals at all skill levels to strengthen our Tree Care division.
This position requires:
- The ability to perform ornamental tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs
- Knowledge and experience in appropriate equipment operation, cabling and bracing, and safety standards.
- Willingness to learn and/or participate in:
- Pruning
- Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
- Implementing work zone safety procedures
- A strong commitment to adhering to the safe workplace culture of R.P. Marzilli

Pay Transparency
