What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at RP Painting and Drywall, Inc.?
PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
We are seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Accounting experience is preferred but not required.
This is an in-office position.
BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH IS PREFERRED.
Applicant MUST be local to the Tacoma/Seattle region and willing to train from the Lakewood main office.
- Previous experience in an office setting is required.
- This position will serve as A/P & A/R support.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Providing professional phone and email etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by admin.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
