Program Analyst III

RP is seeking an experienced Program Analyst professional to meet and exceed customer needs as a high-level project manager & executive support professional.

This position is on-site in Washington D.C

Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze program-related data, inputs, and reports and escalate relevant information to leadership  
• Proactively partner with SBA leadership team to drive effective management and operations as well as execution of strategic initiatives  
• Manage cross-functional responsibilities with other SBA staff members to drive agency-wide programs to success 
• Hands-on management of multiple workstreams simultaneously, including tracking and managing the next steps  
• Partner with leadership to develop agendas and meeting materials, create project timelines, track follow-up items, and ensure completion among all responsible parties 
• Clearly and independently communicate (written and verbal) status updates, issues, and potential solutions (inclusive of executive-level meetings and engagements) 
• Administrative duties include calendar management, expense management, travel planning, and literary creation 
• Other duties as assigned  

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in major enterprise operating environment and/or highly matrixed environment
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree and/or PMP certification preferred
