General Responsibilities and Delegation :
The LPN agrees to adhere to the policies , procedures, and guidelines established. The LPN, will have primary responsibility to implement the program outlined above. LPN, may delegate by written and dated health care guidelines any of his / her responsibilities set forth to appropriate qualified staff.
THE SCHEDULE :
Monday-Thursday 9-2pm (MST) (20 hours per week) 4 hours a day
