The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for sourcing new talent to support our expanding office. We’re seeking a seasoned, results-driven Recruiter to join our corporate team and help drive the company’s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting numerous positions at any given time for roles throughout the company
- Partner with and establish solid relationships with the hiring managers to strategize and implement recruiting plans and objectives
- Assists in the creation of professional job postings and ads as needed
- Conducts discovery calls with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, advised the hiring manager on policies, procedures, and any recruiting initiatives.
- Post and renew job advertisements on various portals and job boards
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required) minimum, Bachelors preferred
- 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience; corporate or staffing agency based
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
