Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Design & Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design solutions to our clients while enhancing their overall experience. You will leverage your design expertise and sales skills to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct site visits to evaluate potential projects and provide accurate quotes.
- Consult with potential customers to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
- Conduct in-depth site assessments and offer professional recommendations.
- Provide expert advice on pool design, size, features, and accessories.
- Create accurate proposals and quotes for pool installations and related services.
- Guide customers through the pool-buying process, from consultation to installation.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, self-starter with a passion for sales and the swimming pool industry.
- Previous sales experience (preferably in pool construction, home improvement, outdoor living, or related fields).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of swimming pool construction, design, and equipment is preferred.
- Proven sales experience (experience in the pool or home improvement industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site/ customer visits.
