This position is responsible for a variety of order fulfillment related activities for both order processing department. Responsible for completely and accurately providing both picking and packaging support to meet daily processing requirements. In addition, provide background support for: end of day auditing, receiving orders into OMS, shipping, and other additional processing requirements where needed. Excellent communication skills are required as the individual will be interacting closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams. Basic math skills a must as inventory and counting accuracy is of utmost importance.
Standard Job Responsibilities: (subject to change as business requires):
· Fully capable of learning and demonstrating competency amongst a variety of operational functions (order picking, individual fulfillment and shipping) practices and procedures. Acts as back-up in any position when necessary.
· Completes daily order processing activity to ensure all orders are shipped on-time.
· Responsible for accuracy of orders picked and accuracy of product assigned to your workstation.
· Responsible to provide daily inventory audit of work in process inventory.
· Learns and assists within all areas of operations to ensure daily orders are picked, packed and shipped on-time.
· Responsible and accountable for inventory accuracy.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle customer relations issues.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, with great focus on attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
