About the Role
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team in pest control sales. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in face-to-face sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Sales representatives will focus on canvassing residential neighborhoods to generate new customers for pest control services. In addition to earning during the peak sales season, representatives will also receive ongoing residual earnings from their customers’ annual service subscriptions, providing an opportunity for continued income even in the off-season.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass designated areas to promote and sell residential pest control services
- Engage with homeowners, explain service benefits, and overcome objections to close sales
- Schedule service appointments and process customer sign-ups efficiently
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while interacting with potential clients
- Upsell additional services and educate customers on pest prevention
- Build relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business
- Track sales progress and submit daily reports
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to refine sales techniques

What We’re Looking For
