Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Rough-In Plumber to work on residential and new construction projects. The ideal candidate has 4 years of hands-on experience and is actively pursuing growth in their career. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to enhance their skills, rather than settling into a management or supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rough-in plumbing installations for new residential construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Assemble, install, and secure pipes, fittings, and fixtures in accordance with local plumbing codes.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure functionality and code compliance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety standards on the job site.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in residential and new construction plumbing.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred but not required, depending on state/local requirements).
