- Manage the maintenance and fostering of strong relationships with current customers by regularly checking in, providing personalized support, and offering loyalty incentives.
- Represent the company at various networking events, including industry conferences, business mixers, and community gatherings, to expand our professional network and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with our service team to ensure an excellent customer experience, including timely communication, efficient issue resolution, and personalized product support.
