Position Overview:
The Water Treatment Service Technician will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems. The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in the field and is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems, including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and other equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water treatment systems and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct water testing and analysis to identify treatment needs and ensure system performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
- Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their water treatment systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in water treatment system installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems as they relate to water treatment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Certifications in water treatment or related fields (preferred but not required).
