We are seeking a Maine licensedPharmacy Technician for an 8-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order long-term carepharmacy in Portland.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday Fridaywith rotating weekends.
1st shift (9:00 AM 5:30 PM), mid shift (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), and 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) available.
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications.
- Manage and maintain accurate medication inventory and ensure proper storage procedures.
- Process prescription orders, confirming the accuracy of patient information and orders. Support the overall workflow within the pharmacy, including prescription fulfillment and medication packaging.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Clear & active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Maine.
