RPh on the Go, isseeking a highly skilled Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Chandler, AZ, for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role involves working in an infusion pharmacy setting, specializing in the preparation of sterile compounds for acute conditions, such as IVs, Hydration, TPNs, and Antibiotics. Position Type : Contract to Hire (13 weeks)
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts within 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM, rotating "on-call" weekends
Responsibilities :
- Prepare sterile compounds, including IVs, Hydration, TPNs, and Antibiotics, in a controlled environment.
- Provide clinical support to patients and healthcare providers.
- Work with CareTend software (formerly CPR ) for medication management and documentation.
- Rotating "on-call" weekends as part of the shift schedule.
- Communicate effectively with patients and providers to ensure optimal medication therapy management.
