RPh on the Go, has an immediate opening for a Staff Pharmacist to work a contract assignment in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is licensed in KY and looking to work in a specialty pharmacy.
Position Details :
Duration : 13 weeks
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
Location : Louisville, KY
Job Responsibilities :
Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.
Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members regarding medication-related queries.
Provide therapy change recommendations to physicians and client facilities' staff when necessary.
Maintain a controlled drug register for legal compliance and stock control purposes.
Requirements :
Clear and active Kentucky Pharmacist License .
A minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience .
