RPh on the Go has partnered with a renowned specialty pharmacy actively seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge . This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity at a brand-new, state-of-the-art compounding facility in Pompano Beach, FL . This position is within a closed-door specialty compounding pharmacy, focusing on sterile preparations, includinginjectables, HRT, weight-losssolutions, and other high-quality compounded pharmaceuticals.
We are looking for a highly skilled pharmacy leader with extensive experience in sterile compounding and managing pharmacy operations. This role requires an individual who can oversee regulatory compliance, maintain USP
and cGMP standards, and lead a growing team in a new facility.
Position Details
Location : Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Full-Time, 1st Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all sterile compounding operations, ensuring compliance with USP
cGMP, and FDA regulations.
Lead and supervise a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff in a high-quality, safety-focused compounding environment.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain sterile compounding best practices.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing sterile compounding and pharmacy operations.
Manage quality control measures, environmental monitoring, and sterility testing protocols.
Conduct audits and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory agencies, including the FDA and Board of Pharmacy.
Train and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to sterile compounding techniques and safety protocols.
Collaborate with leadership on workflow optimization, facility improvements, and strategic growth initiatives.
Assist in maintaining inventory control and procurement of sterile compounding materials.
Required Qualifications
Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license.
Minimum of 3 years of sterile compounding experience in a 503a or 503b facility.
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of USP
cGMP, and FDA compliance standards.
Experience with environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and contamination control in sterile environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and oversee pharmacy personnel.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
