Are you a skilled pharmacist looking for a leadership role? We are hiring a Pharmacy Manager for a retail pharmacy near Burlington, VT. This direct-hire position offers the chance to lead a pharmacy team, optimize workflow, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.Paid relocation is available for qualified candidates.
Schedule & Hours :
Monday Friday : 9 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM
Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
Sunday : Closed
38-hour workweek
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the supervising pharmacist, ensuring all operations meet federal, state, and company regulations.
Manage pharmacy staff, providing training, oversight, and performance evaluations.
Handle pharmacy financials, including budgeting, payroll, and third-party administration.
Provide patient services such as immunizations, MTM, and wellness program support.
Maintain an organized, safe, and fully compliant pharmacy environment.
Engage in business development initiatives to strengthen community relationships.
Qualifications :
Active Vermont pharmacist license
Immunization certification (Required)
Must be comfortable administering all vaccines
Recent pharmacy management experience (Preferred)
