Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge – Pompano Beach, FL
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge to join our team at a closed-door specialty mail-order 503b facility. This facility specializes in weight-loss medication, anti-aging treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and other custom compounds. The ideal candidate must have recent experience in sterile compounding, including sterile injectables and powders. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff pharmacists and production teams (pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production).
- Review batch records and associated documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
- Manage hiring, monitoring, and termination of employees (with CEO/President approval).
- Compound pharmaceuticals as needed.
Requirements:
- Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license
- Minimum of two years of sterile compounding experience
- Minimum of two years of pharmacy management experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
