RPh on the Go is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a closed-door mail-order pharmacy team in Michigan.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
General Job Duties:
- Inventory Management: Ordering, receiving, organizing medications/supplements, and tracking usage.
- Prescription Processing: Entering new prescriptions, processing refills, and creating new packet jobs.
- Machine Operation: Running jobs using the Euclid Packet Machine.
- Customer Service: Answering phones, fulfilling patient requests, resolving issues, responding to emails, and providing pricing information for packets and supplements.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Logging packages, daily reporting, shipping logs, pharmacy orders, and entering patient demographics.
- Occasional Tasks:
- Compounding and drawing up syringes.
- Delivering packages to FedEx/UPS drop-off locations or retrieving from USPS PO Box as needed.
- Generating additional reports.
Requirements:
- Prior pharmacy technician experience.
- Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License.
