Join our dedicated team at a respected LTC and retail pharmacy! Were looking for a Pharmacy Technician with strong order entry experience to contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a 12-week contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role, offering the chance to grow your career while making a real difference in patient care.
Shift Details :
Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM
Wednesday : 10 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM (close)
Thursday : 10 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM (close)
Friday : 9 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Efficiently process medication orders, ensuring accuracy in patient information and drug details.
Communicate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to clarify and correct order discrepancies.
Maintain high standards for patient safety while adhering to pharmacy regulations.
Provide assistance to patients when needed, explaining prescription details and answering inquiries.
Stay organized and manage a high volume of orders within required timeframes.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 6 months in pharmacy order entry (LTC or retail preferred).
Licensing : Must hold a valid Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
Skills : Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
