RPH on the go is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Service Specialist to work remotely with a clinical trials company committed to making trials accessible to patients through community pharmacies. This position supports pharmacies in optimizing their software systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless technology operation. This is a temp-to-perm (13 weeks) opportunity, requiring candidates to reside in North Dakota.
Duties:- Assist Pharmacies with Troubleshooting: Provide expert support and guidance to community pharmacies to ensure smooth operations of the clients software systems.
- Handle Inbound Support Calls: Address technical and account-related inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively Reach Out: Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies, offering ongoing support and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (full-time).
- No weekends required.
- Licensure: Active ND State Pharmacy Technician License.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with navigating digital platforms.
- Ability to quickly master proprietary software systems and provide expert-level guidance.
- Experience:
- Previous remote work experience.
- Experience in pharmacy or customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant, professional speaking voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a resourceful, proactive attitude.
- Work Environment:
