Position Overview
As a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team of pharmacy technicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and company policies.
- Coordinate workflow to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and customer service as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
Shift:
- 1st shift: specific schedule and times determined in interview
Requirements:
- OH State Pharmacy Technician license
- Previous Supervisor experience is preferred.
- Experience with light assembly and machine operations is helpful
