RPh on the Go is Hiring Day Shift Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Milwaukee, WI

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced pharmacist to join a long-term care facility in Milwaukee, WI . This position offers a day shift schedule and the opportunity for long-term or direct hire placement .

Job Details :

Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM
Setting : Long-term care pharmacy
Duration : 12 weeks with potential for direct hire

Key Responsibilities :

Verify and dispense medications in a long-term care setting.

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.

Qualifications :

Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license.

Pharmacy experience required; long-term care experience a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
