RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist licensed in Indiana to join a long-term care mail-order pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with a passion for patient care and a keen eye for detail to work in a professional and collaborative environment.
Environment : LTC Mail Order Pharmacy
Schedule : Monday Friday, Evenings (1 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM)
Additional Shifts : Rotating weekends and holidays
Contract Duration : 12 weeks, with the potential for direct hire
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care in a long-term care setting.
- Maintain accurate records and perform quality assurance checks.
