We are seeking an experienced inpatient / ER pharmacist for a 13 week travel or local contract at a healthcare facility in Peridot, AZ. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with hospital pharmacy experience looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide critical care services.
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (8-hour shifts, 5 days per week)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams in an inpatient hospital and emergency room setting.
- Ensure safe and effective medication management, including sterile compounding and emergency medication dispensing.
- Monitor and adjust therapy based on patient needs, including ACLS and PALS protocols (PALS certification can be obtained on-site within the first month).
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation of pharmacy activities.
