Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM with Saturday Rotation (8:30 AM 1:00 PM)

Were looking for two skilled and compassionate Retail Staff Pharmacists to join our healthcare team in Hebron, NE. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are eager to provide expert medication management while working in a collaborative, community-focused environment. In this role, youll directly contribute to the wellbeing of patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Dispensing & Oversight: Ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications, managing the medication process and overseeing non-pharmacist staff.
- Patient Education & Counseling: Offer expert advice to patients on proper medication use and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to manage drug therapies and improve treatment outcomes.
- Quality Control & Medication Management: Monitor inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and assess medication safety and effectiveness.
- Training & Mentorship: Mentor pharmacy students and help develop educational resources for pharmacy and medical staff.
What Were Looking For:
- Licensure: Active Nebraska State Pharmacy License.
- Experience: Preferred 3 years in retail pharmacy, with a PharmD strongly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Education: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school.
