Key Responsibilities
- Provide Information Systems Security Engineer/Officer (ISSE/ISSO) support for NSA RMF Authorization and cybersecurity initiatives in alignment with NSA, DoD, and DoN policies
- Conduct annual security reviews to assess compliance and risk posture
- Manage Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) entries, ensuring vulnerabilities are properly tracked, mitigated, and resolved
- Plan and execute cybersecurity testing to evaluate security controls and document compliance status
- Perform vulnerability and compliance management activities, including scanning and continuous monitoring efforts to maintain system integrity
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- Experience with NSA RMF Authorization and cybersecurity compliance
- Proficiency in cybersecurity testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessments
- Strong understanding of DoD and DoN cybersecurity policies and frameworks
- Ability to manage and track security vulnerabilities, POA&Ms, and compliance documentation
- Experience in conducting security reviews, audits, and assessments
- Work on cutting-edge intelligence systems that are being developed for the first time
