We are looking to add a dynamic individual as a Sales Support Coordinator. This individual will support our AMAZING Director of Sales.
The main goal for this position is to assist field sales staff in achieving sales objectives while representing the company with the utmost professionalism ensuring RPI remains the TRUSTED and PREFERRED roofing contractor in the markets we serve.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules all appointments and follows up with clients as directed.
- Fully utilizes CRM software system, to include all documentation of client contact and sales activities in real-time.
- Creating and documenting best practices.
- Works sales pipeline and makes follow-up calls as required.
- Ensures that all new clients get a proposal delivered in person by sales when possible.
- Routes tasks to sales.
- Compiles necessary reports to support field activities and results.
- Prepares sales folders to ensure requirements are completed by the field.
- Compiles information from the sales team for quoting and communication to the Client, as well as provides orders to process.
- Assists in the preparation of sales proposals, and presentations, and facilitates effective pass-offs to Operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Coordinates weekly sales meetings.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills with proven experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong time management skills with a keen attention to detail with demonstrated organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Ability to function in a team environment with a positive and professional attitude.
- A strong desire to be challenged, constantly improving, and adapting skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic construction industry background is a plus.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience desired.
