What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager (Staffing/Recruiting) position at RPL International?
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager or Director to drive the expansion of our Information Technology, Accounting, and Finance practice in the Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with prospective partners in the assigned territory. With a focus on strategic growth, this individual will take the lead in developing and executing initiatives to grow our client base and expand market presence. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills. Additionally, the ideal individual will demonstrate a proven track record of territory development and building substantial books of business.
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who can think critically, plan strategically and deliver measurable results. Prior experience in growing a territory and establishing a strong business pipeline is essential.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry-related business development experience within a staffing agency environment
- Experience in either Information Technology, Accounting / Finance or HR
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise in designing and executing successful business development strategies within an agency setting
- Results-driven, with a successful history of building out books of business and developing new territories
- Demonstrated stability in employment with a track record of long-term tenure in business development roles, rather than multiple short-term positions
