What You’ll Do:
As an IT Recruiter, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with IT professionals and aligning them with the right career opportunities. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure top-tier talent is placed with industry-leading companies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively build and manage client relationships through regular outreach and consultation.
- Identify and engage high-caliber candidates in IT, accounting, and finance through sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Present client value propositions clearly and compellingly to both prospects and existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and workflow in our CRM and recruitment platforms.
- Overcome challenges, identify growth opportunities, and consistently exceed recruitment goals.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 0–1 year of work or internship experience (sales, staffing, or recruiting a plus!).
- Exceptional researching and tech-savvy skills; quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Highly motivated, driven, and ready to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural relationship builder with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
