The Resident Coordinator (“RC”) will act as the first point of contact responsible for the general management of incoming inquiries for all potential and current residents. The RC will assist current residents with entering maintenance work orders and completing the annual recertifications / renewals and applicants requesting assistance with processing their pre and new applications.
The RC will demonstrate professional presentation and provide excellent customer service to residents thus encouraging long-term tenancy. The RC will demonstrate this same high level of customer service to all particularly with RPM’s staff and many housing partners.
