As a Crew Member, you are a front-line worker who plays an integral role in completing physical tasks assigned by the Crew Leader. It is your responsibility to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to RPM’s high standards.
This entry-level role provides a foundation for learning and developing technical and leadership skills, offering opportunities to grow within the company. Crew Members must demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism while embracing RPM’s Core Values. Success in this role can lead to advancement, including opportunities to become a Foreman.
Key Responsibilities
Field Work:
- Execute division-specific tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Safely operate tools and equipment, following all training and safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Crew Leader and Crew to complete daily assignments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions to support project goals.
Safety and Compliance:
- Wear proper PPE and always adhere to safety protocols.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues immediately to the Crew Leader.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform other assigned tasks related to the green industry, including but not limited to Winter Risk Management Operations
- Commitment to RPM’s safety and quality standards, including the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
