Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for awarded jobs.
- Coordinate all resources, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
- Create, maintain, and manage job folders, scopes, and documentation in LMN or similar platforms.
- Track and maintain RFIs, change orders, submittals, permits, and inspections.
- Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, crews, and internal teams.
- Support foremen with daily scheduling and coordination of jobsite activities.
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify job progress, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure delivery within scope.
- Forecast labor and materials needs, adjust schedules as needed.
- Perform job costing analysis and assist with post-project performance reviews.
- Generate weekly project updates and reports for the Construction Operations Manager.
- Drive accuracy and efficiency through streamlined digital systems and project tracking.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing landscape construction projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Hands-on experience with LMN (Landscape Management Network) or equivalent software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and logistical coordination capabilities.
