The position: As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the risk management department with loss prevention/mitigation programs, reporting, auditing, and training as it pertains renter’s insurance, master insurance and day to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your talents to serve as additional Administrator for highly customized Salesforce/Riskonnect environment.
- Design, configure and implement functional requirements into business solutions for a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Support complex, custom applications while troubleshooting issues and solving challenges.
- Provide daily end-user management, support, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in training new users to expand the Salesforce skillset across the organizationdepartment.
- Ensure all projects follow RPM’s sharing and visibility protocols.
- Assist with running and monitoring essential processes that impact daily functions.
- Collaborate on the evaluation, scoping, and ownership of new project initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive efforts to improve the overall Salesforce and Riskonnect user experience.
- Analyze usage metrics to identify and improve user adoption.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the security options for all users (MFA).
- Work directly with internal Risk team with project initiatives and integration requirements.
- Fully manage custom development projects from beginning to end.
- Complete monthly reporting and benchmarking for programs that fall under the Department’s purview.
- Analyze, trend and report insurance program penetration.
- Assist the VP of Risk with policy management.
- Assist the VP of Risk with Safety/loss control inspection scheduling.
- Monitor compliance with the RPM Renter’s Insurance Platforms: RPM Insurance Services LLC, Resident Legal Liability, and Security Deposit Premium through platforms.
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the RMIS system.
- Do a great job of managing internal and external communications.
- Effectively collaborate with other departments.
- Represents RPM Living in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers, and the general public.
- Required to possess reliable means of transportation to be used in the course of daily activities.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of solid hands-on experience as a full-time Salesforce Administrator.
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201); App Builder certification a big plus.
Strong lightning experience and understanding of the Salesforce governance framework.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder.
ETL tools for export/import of Salesforce data. Data Loader, Jitterbit, or DemandTools experience.
Proficient in Excel – VLOOKUIP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, Macros experience a must.
Conga Composer or Docusign experience a plus.
Experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industry a plus.
Ability to implement and train on third-party applications related to Salesforce projects.
Strong communication and response skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
