We're Looking for Physical Therapists Who:
- Are confident in their clinical skills and eager to push the boundaries of physical therapy using biomechanics and technology
- Are curious lifelong learners who value education, growth, and continuous improvement
- Are thorough in their assessments and treatment plans, prioritizing long-term client success over quick fixes
- Are transparent communicators who value collaboration and an open exchange of ideas
- Are passionate about helping people feel better,get stronger and stay out of pain
- Current TX PT License
- Current CPR Certification
- 1 years of experience preferred but not required
- CSCS and OCS preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- 1-hour evaluations and follow-ups (This ensures top quality patient care)
- $5,000 annual budget for Continuing Education (We invest in your growth!)
- Work with a highly motivated clientele who are serious about their health and performance
- Continuous opportunity for professional growth through in-house training and mentorship
- 2-hour professional development training and in-services every week
- 1:1 weekly mentorship with an OCS, FAAOMPT, and sports biomechanics expert
- Access to high-tech biofeedback and motion analysis equipment to enhance treatment precision
