What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Service Operations Manager position at RPM POOL TECHNICIANS?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic service tech Operations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the pool industry, be proficient in both English and Spanish and live near our headquarters in Newtown, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Teach and mentor technicians, providing hands-on training and guidance in the filed, shop location, google meet
- Install and maintain pool equipment, including electronics, mechanics, plumbing, and water chemical treatments.
- Utilize technology w/employee's to frequently check in to keep current with clients needs, requests, diagnosis, resolve, conclude, and update.
- Use software to manage shop inventory and communicate effectively with the office manager department.
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of clients' pools, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay self-motivated and continuously seek to learn and improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by helping to reach the next level of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the pool industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Live within 30 minutes of our location in Newtown, Connecticut
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in pool equipment, including electronics, mechanics, plumbing, and water chemical treatments.
- Proficiency in using technology for inventory management and communication.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow.
- Ability to train and mentor new technicians effectively.
Salary : $1,350 - $1,850
